Change what an object follows during a shot.
Use editable attachments and space switching in Tesseract. Let your agent transfer a prop between targets while preserving its position at each switch.
Rendered in Tesseract with path tracing at 16 samples per pixel. Download the editable project to revise the scene.
Give your agent this .tsrct file, then ask for a specific change.
Try it in your agent.
Use this prompt as a starting point. Review the result, then ask for the details you want to change.
A prompt to start from
Build a Tesseract animation where a prop starts on a stand, follows an animated carrier for the middle of the shot and then stays in world space. Use supported space switching to preserve continuity at each change. Render close previews around the switches. Fix only any visible jump, preserving the prop, camera and approved movement.

Keep control of the result.
- Attachment target
- Choose the authored scene item the object follows.
- Switch timing
- Add identified events that change the relationship during the animation.
- Captured offsets
- Preserve the intended world-space relationship at the switch.
- Explicit recapture
- Recapture the offset after relevant edits when the old relationship no longer fits.
A few useful details.
Does switching targets have to make the object jump?
No. The supported preparation workflow captures an offset to preserve continuity at the switch. Review the surrounding frames to confirm the intended result.
Will changing the target automatically update old offsets?
No. Captured offsets are deliberately fixed. Ask the agent to recapture them explicitly when later edits require a different relationship.
Does this simulate a hand grabbing an object?
It authors what the object follows. It does not provide automatic grasping, contact detection or physical release; those movements and relationships need to be planned.
How do I try this with my agent?
Install or update Tesseract in a supported agent, attach your source files, and copy the prompt. Review the preview, then ask for the changes you want. The composition stays editable as you refine it.
Where does the video render?
Tesseract renders in the environment where your agent runs it, including supported local computers and hosted Linux environments. The engine is free; your agent’s subscription or usage costs are separate.

Set up Tesseract by Mirage so you can create editable designs and 3D scenes, edit videos, and make motion graphics in this agent’s environment. Read https://github.com/mirage-hq/Tesseract and check the requirements for this local or hosted environment. If it is supported, follow the official plugin or skills installation guide, use its required runtime version, verify the download checksum, and confirm a short preview renders correctly. Then ask what I want to make and which brand references or source assets I have. Keep the editable project and source assets with the finished render.
