Two-color tint.

Map an image’s dark and light tones to two colors, then blend the treatment with the original.

A portrait settles into a controlled duotone. The Tint and Tritone payload maps luminance between Charcoal and Sky, blending with the original through an editable amount control. This example uses the supported two-colour mapping.

Try it in your agent.

Use this prompt as a starting point. Review the result, then ask for the details you want to change.

A prompt to start from

Use Tesseract. Create an eight-second Tesseract duotone reveal. Place the coastal portrait at large scale on the right of Mirage Charcoal, with a white Exposure headline on the left. Ease Tint and Tritone amount from zero to full mapping, assigning the darkest luminance to Charcoal and the lightest to Sky. This current feature maps between two endpoint colours; do not invent a third midtone control.

Tesseract plugins and runtime downloads are coming soon.

A few useful details.

Is there a separate color control for midtones?

This treatment maps between two endpoint colors. It does not expose a separate third midtone color.

How do I try this with my agent?

Tesseract plugins and runtime downloads are coming soon. Save the sample prompt for launch. Once Tesseract is installed, your local agent can use it to create, preview, and refine an editable project.

Where does the video render?

Tesseract previews and renders locally on a Mac. The local engine is free; your agent’s subscription or usage costs are separate.
