Hold or hide a timed layer.

Choose whether a layer holds its edge frame or disappears outside its active time-remap interval.

The skateboarding views share a four-second motion window, but behave differently on either side of it. One keeps the boundary frame visible; the other clears to a Sky panel, making disappearance an intentional part of the composition. A narrow light marks when both clips are inside their authored window.

A prompt to start from

Use Tesseract. # Hold or hide outside keyframes Create an eight-second, silent Mirage study with the supplied urban skateboarding footage. On a Charcoal canvas, compare two full-aspect views beneath the headline “Stay. Or step away.” Both views move between two and six seconds. Outside that interval, retain the boundary frame on the left and hide the video on the right, revealing a Sky empty state. Keep the labels clear, the type spacious and the movement focused on the demonstrated behavior.
