Use Tesseract. Create a Charcoal typographic wave study with “Make waves.” as one Exposure text layer in Bone. Use Text Animators with index-based character selectors: each letter rises 100 px and rotates nine degrees into place, staggered by 65 ms with a 900 ms cubic ease-out. After the entrance, pass a subtle 16 px vertical wave through the individual letters between two and 4.2 seconds, then hold the complete line still. Draw three shallow Sea/Sky cubic waves below the title as strokes. Keep the actual characters in a single editable text document, never separate raster letters.
