Offset paths.

Grow or shrink an outline.

Expand an outline without scaling its source geometry. Copies of one organic path grow into nested contour bands using different Offset Paths amounts. The original curves, offset distances and fills remain editable.

Use this prompt as a starting point. Review the result, then ask for the details you want to change.

A prompt to start from

Use Tesseract. Make an eight-second silent Tesseract contour illustration. Use a Bone canvas and a large neutral “Room to grow.” headline across the upper-left area. Below it, draw one organic closed cubic island shape. Duplicate its unchanged source geometry into five shape layers, using Sunset, Cloud, Bone, Sky and Sea fills. Keep the inner shape fixed and expand the surrounding shapes using Offset Paths amounts up to 171 px over the first four seconds, revealing nested contour bands. Hold the final illustration with generous breathing room. The expansion must come from the Offset Paths modifier, not scaling.
