Inner glow.

Light the inside edge of a layer with an editable colored glow.

Light grows inward from the edge of a coloured disc, with no halo outside it. The effect is Inner Glow with its edge source. Geometry, glow colour, size, range, choke and timing remain editable.

Use Tesseract. Make an eight-second Tesseract inner-light study with one large Sea circle centred on Charcoal. Keep a clear white Exposure headline above and a small Denim feature label below. Animate the actual Inner Glow layer style from a crisp edge toward a broad Sky glow contained inside the alpha edge. Use edge source, size up to 100, choke 0.08 and range 0.6; keep the outside of the circle and the text untouched.
