Luma key.

Make dark or bright regions transparent using an adjustable brightness threshold.

A dark source plate disappears while its bright circle remains. Luma Key converts low luminance into transparency, revealing the independent striped background beneath. Threshold, softness, inversion and source geometry remain editable.

A prompt to start from

Use Strata. Create an eight-second Strata luminance-key demonstration. On the right, place a white circular light on an opaque Charcoal rectangular source plate, over a Sea and Sky striped backdrop. Animate actual Luma Key threshold to remove the dark source pixels while retaining the white light. The revealed stripes must be independent layers showing through genuine keyed transparency. Keep the Exposure title on Bone to the left.

A few useful details.

How do I try this with my agent?

Copy the prompt into your supported local agent with Strata installed. Review the preview, then ask for the changes you want. The composition stays editable as you refine it.
