Use Strata. Create an eight-second cinematic Strata freeze-frame example from the supplied water-pour source. Keep the footage large above a simple Mirage Bone footer reading “Keep this moment.” Let the pour move for 2.5 seconds, hold the selected source frame for 3.7 seconds, then resume naturally from that same source position for the final 1.8 seconds. During the hold, reveal the small word “Hold.” in the open upper-right area.
